The Cultural inclination Principle #1

Cultural Inclination (Definition Attempt #1):

The inclination, or disinclination, of any individual, toward or from, the norms of the society to which he or she is a part of. With the Inclination producing an individual generally at an advantage to others in the same society. The Disinclination produces an individual generally at a disadvantage (alienation).

health (non-culture specific)]

In real afterthought, tonight, I remember that this leads down some very murky paths. If it can be said that some people, due to their DNA and, to a lesser extent, their upbringing, are at a disadvantage to others, it would be similar to a physical disability and therefore need social support in the form of government aid.
